At Xinteractive Clothing we design and manufacture a range of pilot gear for commercial, private and glider pilots. Flight suits are either available in Du Pont Nomex IIIa or Polyester versions. The standard colours are Black/Olive and Navy blue. Nomex colours are subject to Du Pont standard fabric range.

The suit sizes Child: 22"/24/226/28/30/32/34"
Adult: 36"/38/40/42/44/46/48/ and 50" chest.
Standard inside leg measurments are 28/30/32 and 34".

Complete Flight Deck Uniforms

Corporate Quality garments.
Wool/Polyester fabric double breasted with top quality gold buttons, lining and embroidery.

Uniforms can be supplied for captains, first Officers, and second Officers. They can be supplied with gold or silver wire lace.

Jacket: £180 plus VAT each.

Microporous, lightweight, waterproof Flight Jacket with exceptionally warm quilted interlining. Functional and numerous pilot pockets which are protected from ingress of running water over the garnment. Fabric selections include supersoft Teflon for absolute comfort in the cockpit or fireproof Nomex.

This garnment is designed to be worn with our flight coverall.

Features include thick, good quality interlining, reinforced soft elbow wear pads, numerous pilot arm and chest pockets, pen holder pocket on upper arm, adjustable waist cord for perfect fit, body zip and front chest flap with additional button closure to permit more relaxed fit.
Inner garnment features include a special seat pad which is stored inside the back panel of the jacket, and used to keep the lower back warm in flight.
